Simply put, this bike oozes CHARACTER. It’s a vintage Honda XL250, driven for many of its first years of life, and then sadly, left to sit, alone, and unridden for numerous years during her prime. Fortunately, she’s now back to life, street legal once again (barely), and looking to make up for lost time.
I am forced to part with my beloved honda, and the search for a cheap 4-wheel drive junker car begins...
Like I mentioned above, the best way to describe this “head turner” is with the word character. It may look a little “shysty” as my wife described it when we first purchased it early this spring, but overall, it’s an extremely reliable, strong running, smooth ride, despite the obvious cosmetic flaws due to it’s age.
It’s been a daily driver all summer, easily cruising back and forth between Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls.
Let’s name a few of the interesting traits that accompany this classic motorcycle...
jimmy-rigged blue basket, custom upside-down choke cable, ignition switch that requires an unorthodox method for powering bike, no working speedometer or horn...who needs a horn anyways, modified mirror, and of course, who couldn’t notice from the pictures the creative way the bent kickstand is being used...(p.s. assistant wood log included in sale) and lastly there is a variety of dings, scuffs, dents, marks, and rust.
Freshly Rebuilt, Bored-out motor, pumping out nearly 300cc.
Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears
New Upholstered Seat Cover
New 6V Headlight

New Air Filter
New tail light cover
New brake light sensor

The great thing about this bike, is that it’s a dual sport...aka. enduro motorcycle. This offers you the convenience of driving on the street while supplying the mechanical ability for you to go off road at any moment. No need to load up the trailer or put it in the back of a pickup just to lug it the trails, just hop on, kick start it up on one kick, and off you go.
Clean Title and Registration
Don’t miss your opportunity to team up with this incredible bike, you will not regret it.
